Pre-Order Shipping
Gen 2 products are on pre-order and are scheduled to ship October to November 2026. Placing a pre-order reserves your unit in the production run, and your card is charged at the time of order. We will email you tracking as soon as your pre-order ships. If timelines change we will notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
In-Stock Orders
In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Carriers and Tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. When the carrier provides a tracking number we add it to your order. Some economy services may not include tracking.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by product weight and destination and is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
International Orders
Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we ship the in-stock portion of your order and send the remainder when it is available, at no additional shipping cost.
