Returns
Return Policy. All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in the original box, packaging, with manuals and accessories. If the charger is returned on or before 30 days from the date of the purchase, we will pay for shipping and give a full refund. If the charger is returned after the 30 days, the customer needs to return the charger at their own cost. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. Once Bibicord receives the returned charger, the customer will be refunded or shipped a new replacement charger. A restocking fee will be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price on any opened item, unless the item is defective or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
Returns Procedure. To return an item, contact Customer Support at info@bibicord.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
