Pre-Order Cancellations and Refunds
Gen 2 products are sold on pre-order and are scheduled to ship October to November 2026. Your card is charged at the time of order to reserve your unit in the production run. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships - just email info@bibicord.com with your order number. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy below applies.
Returns
All returns must comply with the procedure below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt, or if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
A restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price applies to any opened item, unless the item is defective or is being exchanged for the same or a similar item. The restocking fee is assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
Returns Procedure
To return an item, contact Customer Support at info@bibicord.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issuance. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
